Latkings Outreach Program



The project seeks to enhance knowledge and access to Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and services among children aged between 8 and 18 years.


  • To increase acceptance and demand for sexual reproductive health information to 1000 girls and young women aged between 15 and 24 in targeted schools and communities by 2018.
  • To create demand for, and provide access to age appropriate Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and HIV services to 10,000 girls and young women between age 15 and 24 years by 2018.
  • To advocate and raise awareness on the policies and laws that promote adolescents health rights through campaigns targeting families for improved Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)/HIV services.


  • School based clubs-mentors deliver sessions on selected topics on SRHR on a weekly basis.
  • Training of nurses, counselors, parents on comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) among them nurses and counselors.
  • Mobile health care services- HIV and SRH services access to HIV testing and counseling to adolescents and young people both in school and out of school through,
