This is a project funded by SAVE THE CHILDREN with a project title ‘Adolescents Sexual Reproductive Health Rights.’
The project seeks to enhance knowledge and access to Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and services among children aged between 8 and 18 years
To increase acceptance and demand for sexual reproductive health information to 1000 girls and young women aged between 15 and 24 in targeted schools and communities by 2018.
To create demand for, and provide access to age appropriate Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and HIV services to 10,000 girls and young women between age 15 and 24 years by 2018.
To advocate and raise awareness on the policies and laws that promote adolescents health rights through campaigns targeting families for improved Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)/HIV services.
School based clubs-mentors deliver sessions on selected topics on SRHR on a weekly basis.
Training of nurses, counselors, parents on comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) among them nurses and counselors.
Mobile health care services- HIV and SRH services access to HIV testing and counseling to adolescents and young people both in school and out of school.
Advocate and raise awareness on the policies and laws that promote adolescents health rights across the board
